The Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) on Monday scrapped the National Liberal Party (PNL)'s referral on the provisions in the Regulation of the Chamber of Deputies referring to the delegation of tasks by this parliamentary forum's Speaker to the Deputy Speakers, AGERPRES was told by officials of the CCR.
