Health Minister Alexandru Rogobete is participating on Wednesday and Thursday in the informal meeting of Health ministers from the EU member states, organised by Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
According to a Health Ministry release sent to Agerpres, his participation aims to strengthen European cooperation in the area of pharmaceutical policies, mental health and the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS), as well as to hold bilateral meetings at ministerial level.
Minister Alexandru Rogobete will meet Norway's Minister of Health and Care Services Jan Christian Vestre and will attend the first session - The establishment of a European Center of Clinical Excellence for Pharmaceuticals.
Moreover, the Romanian high official will also carry out a bilateral meeting with the Health Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Irena Hrstic and attend the second session - Mental Health and Inclusion.
