A second package of reforms will most likely be unveiled in the middle of next week, government spokesperson Ioana Dogioiu said on Thursday.
"Yesterday there was a discussion of the proposals, both those coming from the government - which you know, because they were announced by the Prime Minister and the development minister. These days and during the next week, a second package of measures will be put together, the package of reforms, and then you will find out what it will look like. We are still at a stage of discussions, analyses and the completion of the second package," Dogioiu told a news conference at the Government House when asked what is happening at this moment with the funding of the projects under the Anghel Saligny programme that are below the percentage of completion announced by the Prime Minister and the development minster.
Asked about the notifications received on July 18 by some city halls that they will no longer receive funding under Anghel Saligny, the Government spokesperson said: "The Ministry of Development can answer this, they are technical issues of the Ministry of Development. (...) In the middle of next week, well, during the next week, I don't know if it is in the middle of next week, decisions will be made and the package will be unveiled."
Regarding the form in which the second package of reform measures will be approved, by government taking responsibility for it or another legislative form, Dogioiu said that the decision will be taken by the ruling coalition. "It is what the coalition is going to decide, if and when, after the one it will be completed, during the next week," she said.
