Social Democratic party (PSD) leader Liviu Dragnea on Sunday announced the possibility of a Government reshuffle by early October at the latest.
He told private TV broadcaster Antena 3 that Prime Minister Viorica Dancila will assess all ministers by then, and the PSD leadership will decide the ministers to be replaced.
"Ms. Prime Minister, as I talked to her, I also talked with Mr. Tariceanu, must present her own assessment of the ministers, and we, in the PSD, within a reasonable time, not too long, must have a discussion about each minister. I believe that by the end of this month or the beginning of October, this should end with a reshuffle," Dragnea said.
He declined to make public the names of the ministers who displease him, but he said he was content with the prime minister.
"I am very content with the prime minister. I and many of my colleagues know that she is a good prime minister. I know that every day she sets things up, every day she starts and approves projects, but unfortunately in some ministries some colleagues, some members of the Government, have failed to make the decision of opportunity, which is theirs," Dragnea said.
