The Mayor of Constanta, Vergil Chitac, on Sunday got fined for a second time by the Permanent Electoral Authority for non-compliance with AEP decisions, the Constanta County Electoral Office reports.
Chitac was sanctioned because he did not provide five separate ballot boxes in some polling stations in the municipality of Constanta, but only three such ballot boxes, which were divided into compartments.
For the same irregularity, the mayor of Constanta got fined by theAEP representatives on Saturday.
