Presidential Chancellery Head Dan Mihalache believes that the European Commission's Cooperation and Verification Mechanism (CVM) Report will be favourable for Romania.
"I believe that it will be a favourable report," Mihalache stated on Tuesday at the Palace of Parliament.
Asked about the relevance of the CVM Report in the context of the current developments affecting the Schengen Area, the presidential advisor said this is a topic to be tackled during talks to take place this year.
Dan Mihalache participates in the "Gender representation in politics - challenges and solutions" organized by the National Liberal Party (PNL) at the Palace of Parliament.
CVM Reports for Bulgaria and Romania are scheduled to be presented by the EC on January 27. AGERPRES
