Prosecutor General Augustin Lazar submitted on Friday, to the Alba Iulia Court of Appeals, a file in administrative litigation through which he requests the court of justice to suspend the revoking procedure from his position, carried out by the minister of Justice, Tudorel Toader.
According to officials from the Prosecutor General's Office, Augustin Lazar submitted also on Friday, to the Ministry of Justice, a complaint against the evaluation report drawn up by Tudorel Toader.
In the file submitted to the Alba Iulia Court of Appeals, Augustin Lazar requested the suspension of the effects in the report drawn up by Toader, until the litigation from the Ministry of Justice is concluded.
