President Klaus Iohannis promulgated on Friday the law on Education and Healthcare salary increases. "The law approving Government Emergency Ordinance 20/2016 providing for salary increases mainly in Education and Healthcare was declared constitutional and consequently, I promulgated today the law allowing the pay increases in Education and Healthcare and it will come into force at the beginning of next year," Iohannis said at the Cotroceni Palace.
