People in Tulcea County, in the border area with Ukraine, received a RO-ALERT message on Friday morning at around 10:05, against the background of the war launched by Russia in Ukraine, according to Agerpres.
In the extreme alert message, residents of Tulcea are informed that there is a possibility of objects falling from the airspace, and the authorities recommend that they remain calm and take shelter in basements or civil protection shelters.
'In the absence of a shelter, remain indoors, away from windows and exterior walls. Estimated duration of the alert: 90 minutes,' the RO-ALERT message reads.
