The pair made up of Romanian tennis player Irina Bara and Swiss Xenia Knoll qualified on Monday for the doubles' quarterfinals of the 250,000-dollar WTA tournament in Linz (Austria) by defeating the pair Alexandra Panova (Russia) / Galina Voskoboeva (Kazakhstan) 6-3, 4-6, 10-6.
Bara and Knoll, the fourth seeds, won in an hour and 24 minutes.
The two of 1,468 euro and 60 WTA points, and will play in the quarterfinals with the winners of the match between Mavie Osterreicher / Nadja Ramskogler (Austria) - Melanie Klaffner (Austria) / Viktoria Kuzmova (Slovakia).
