The decision of the Senate's speaker on the convening of the Upper House of Parliament in extraordinary session, for the debate and approval of some legislative bills, as the first notified body, is on the agenda of Monday's sitting of the Permanent Bureau.
The members of the Standing Bureau will also discuss the request of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) regarding the validation of Judge Marian Buda from the High Court of Cassation and Justice as an interim member of the CSM, after the retirement of Judge Mariana Ghena.
Another item on the agenda is an internal memorandum on participation in the plenary session of the Conference on the Future of Europe, Strasbourg, 20-22 January 2022.
