The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks closed mostly lower on Thursday on trades of RON 123.67 million (EUR 24.35 million).
The most traded stocks were Banca Transilvania, with RON 22.23 million in trades, followed by BRD, which generated trades worth RON 20.79 million, and Fondul Proprietatea, with trades of RON 11.58 million, agerpres reports.
The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks declined 0.63% to 20,485.23 points, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks went down 0.61%.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks fell by 0.47%, while the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was up 0.07%.
The BET-FI index of financial intermediation stocks increased by 0.41%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, decreased by 1.13%.
The BET AeRO index of 20 AeRO leading companies was up 0.12%.
The top three risers were Bittnet Systems Bucharest (+14.71%), Fondul Proprietatea (+5.66%) and Aeta (+5.43%).
On the other hand, the top three fallers were Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (-7.34%), Romcab (-5.29%) and Ropharma (-3.89%).
