The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Wednesday's session with a decline in most indices, and the turnover amounted to 2.09 million RON (412,053 euros), after the first half hour of trading.
The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, recorded a depreciation of 0.05%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the BVB, recorded a decrease of 0.03%.
At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, was down 0.05%, while the benchmark for investment fund performance, BET-BK, was down 0.10%.
The BET-FI index of SIFs recorded a decrease of 0.29%, and BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, recorded an appreciation of 0.25%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was up 0.06%.
According to BVB data, the largest increases in share value were recorded by Green Tech International (+6.75%), Aerostar (+2.99%) and STK Emergent (+2.50%).
On the other hand, shares of Purcari Wineries Public Company Limited (-1.54%), Digi Communications (-1.09%) and TTS (-1.04%) were down.
