The total number of real estate sales reached 571,828 units January through November 2017, most of them recorded in Bucharest - 73,703, according to a press release of the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising on Wednesday sent to AGERPRES.
In November 2017, the number of properties sold across the country reached 58,893.
Most such sales were recorded between January and November 2017 in Bucharest - 73,703, Cluj - 40,043 and Ilfov - 33,384.
The counties with the smallest numbers of sales in real estate, in the same interval, were Teleorman - 4,131, Salaj - 3,622 and Caras-Severin - 3,325.
In November 2017, most of the buildings were sold in Bucharest - 7,740.
The total number of mortgages recorded at national level in January - November 2017 stood at 229,534. Most of these operations were recorded in Bucharest - 46,341, Ilfov - 16,167 and Cluj - 14,971. On the opposite side, there smallest number of such transactions were recorded in Covasna - 1,010, Gorj - 935 and Salaj - 755.
The counties in which the most agricultural land was sold in the first eleven months of this year were Timis - 7,943, Arad - 6,980 and Dolj - 6,692.
