A total of 53 people were rescued from the mountains in the past 24 hours.
According to the National Salvamont Dispatch Centre, of these, 21 people were taken to the hospital by SAJ, SMURD or Salvamont ambulances, one person was rescued with the help of a SMURD helicopter and the rest were given permission to be transported by relatives' vehicles.
In the past 24 hours, the National Salvamont Dispatch Centre received 43 calls requesting the emergency intervention of mountain rescuers.
Moreover, in the past 24 hours, 34 calls were also received requesting advice and information on various tourist routes in the mountain area.
