Moreover, the cited source specifies, President Iohannis will underscore that Romania gives special importance to cyber security, both from the perspective of its global nature, which needs the strengthening of cooperation within the Union and with international partners, but also from that of the need to create a reliable, safe and open European cyber ecosystem .
In the Brexit context, President Iohannis will reiterate the importance of the European Union's maintaining a united, coherent voice in the negotiation process with the British side so as to obtain an withdrawal agreement fair to all parties. Klaus Iohannis will show that for Romania, the protection of the rights and interests of the citizens who live in the United Kingdom is paramount.
