Prime Minister Sorin Grindeanu has suffered a minor intervention, having had some pigmented nevi removed, the Government's spokesperson Alina Petrescu declared on Wednesday, for AGERPRES.
"The Prime Minister has undergone a minor intervention, having had some pigmentary nevi removed, at doctors' recommendations, who considered it better to take them out, as a precautionary measure," specified Alina Petrescu.
According to the Executive spokesperson, the intervention did not involve hospitalization or anesthesia, nor did it affect the general state of Prime Minister Grindeanu.
"The only recommendation was to avoid exposure to environmental factors for a few days," Alina Petrescu said.
The intervention took place last week at the Military Hospital in Bucharest.
