The National Administration "Apele Romane'' [Romanian Waters] (ANAR) will organize public auctions for the lease of 58 beach sub-sectors in the Navodari area, real estate belonging to the public domain of the state and under the administration of the Dobrogea-Litoral Water Basin Administration.
According to a press release from ANAR, the lease period is ten years.
The areas to be leased off have different categories of use, and for some perimeters the location of beach bars is allowed, according to the urban planning documentation in force. The technical details, including the coordinates and neighborhoods, are provided in the specifications.
Bids can be submitted between 10 February and 9 March, until 12:00 at the ANAR registry in Bucharest. The validity of the offers is 90 days, and the participation guarantee represents 10% of the starting value of the annual rent (excluding VAT).
The opening of the bids will take place between March 10-12, at the headquarters of the Ilfov-Bucharest Water Management System, according to the schedule for each sub-sector.
