Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan will put forward a proposal for the Minister of Education office as soon as possible, Government Spokesperson Ioana Dogioiu said on Friday.
"As soon as possible. I cannot give you a deadline and, to anticipate the question, no name either. I have no information on what has or has not been decided or on who is or is not being considered. When a decision is taken, I remind you that it must also be taken within the PNL [the National Liberal Party], because this is a portfolio that belongs to the National Liberal Party, and at that point the decision will be communicated. We can guess the profile, can't we, it must be a person with credibility and standing in the education area," Ioana Dogioiu told journalists at the Victoria Palace.
Currently, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan is serving as interim head of the Ministry of Education, following the resignation of Daniel David from office.
