The National Anti-Corruption Directorate (DNA) has sent former Minister of Finance Sebastian Vladescu to court over bribe taking and influence peddling in a corruption case regarding railway rehabilitation.
In the same case, former MP Cristian Boureanu was sent to court over influence peddling.
