The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed higher Wednesday's trading session, with a value of transactions of 59.11 million RON (11.66 million euros).
The most liquid were the shares of Banca Transilvania, with 15.91 million RON, OMV Petrom - with 14.13 million RON, and Digi Communications N.V. - with 4.29 million RON.
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, appreciated by 0.37%, to the value of 19,734.44 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Exchange, closed up by 0.32%.
The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded an advance of 0.28%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, depreciated by 0.45% compared to the previous day.
At the same time, the BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment funds' performance, increased by 0.48%, and BET-NG, which measures the evolution of the ten energy and utilities companies, recorded an appreciation of 0.22%.
Also, the BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, closed in the red by 0.71%.
The best developments were recorded by the shares of Electroaparataj (+14.86%), Prefab (+10.61%), respectively Casa de Bucovina - Club de Munte (+3.87%).
On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by the shares of Chimcomplex Borzesti (-5.38%), Roca Industry Holdingrock1 (-5.29%) and Ropharma (-3.03%).
