The arrears of the general consolidated budget decreased by 3.36% in February 2022, compared to the previous month, to 166.32 million RON, from 174.63 million RON, according to the data published on the Public Finance Ministry's (MFP) website, Agerpres reports.
Arrears more than 90 days past due decreased by almost 12%, from 58.7 million RON to 51.7 million RON, while arrears more than 120 days past due decreased by 7.78%, from 66.9 million RON in January to 61.7 million RON in February 2022. On the other hand, arrears more than 360 days past due increased from 49 million RON to 52.9 million RON (+7, 9%).
According to the cited source, in terms of local budgets, arrears increased by 0.8%, from 147.94 million RON (in January) to 149.17 million RON (in February).
Debts more than 90 days past due decreased by 9.46% to 48.8 million RON, those more than 120 days past due increased by 4.06% to 56.3 million RON, and those more than 360 days past due increased by 10.5%, reaching 44.1 million RON.
In terms of 'state budget and autonomous companies budget',, arrears decreased from 26.69 million RON in January to 17.15 million RON in February 2022 (-35.75%).
The arrears more than 90 days past due decreased by 40.8%, to 2.9 million RON, those more than 120 days past due decreased by 57.8%, to 5.4 million lei, and those more than 360 days past due went down by 2.23%, to 8.8 million RON.
