Deputy Prime Minister Ana Birchall conveyed on Monday to British Ambassador Andrew Noble that an important objective for our country is to update and deepen the Strategic Partnership with the United Kingdom.
"I had a very good meeting today with H.E. Mr. Andrew Noble, the agreed ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Romania. I welcomed His Excellency in Romania and assured him of my complete availability in pursuing the close dialogue with the UK, a top strategic partner for Romania," Ana Birchall, the Deputy Prime Minister for the implementation of Romania's strategic partnerships, said in a press statement published on Monday on her website.
"I have reiterated, in the context of the meeting, that updating and deepening the Strategic Partnership with the UK is an important objective for Romania," Ana Birchall mentioned.
