Computer and information technology services, other services rendered principally to enterprises, as well as transport and communications contributed to an 8.1pct increase in the turnover of market services rendered principally to enterprises in Romania, unadjusted series, in the first four months of the 2018, according to data released by the National Institute of Statistics (INS) on Thursday.
Adjusted for working days and seasonality, in the first four months of 2018 as against the same period in 2017, turnover in market services principally rendered to businesses increased by 9.4pct.
According to INS data, in April 2018 compared with the same month of the previous year, the market services principally rendered to enterprises increased both in unadjusted series (+ 9pct) and adjusted series (+ 9.7pct).
According to INS, in April 2018 compared with March 2018, turnover in market services principally rendered to enterprises declined 2.8pct, in unadjusted, nominal terms.
On the other hand, in the same reference period, activities in the area under review increased by 2.1pct when adjusted for working days and seasonality.
