The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) has approved the prospectus drawn up for the admission to trading on the main market managed by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) of the shares issued by Bucur stock company, the company announced on Friday.
"The company informs shareholders that on February 12, 2026, by Decision no. 162/12.02.2026, the Financial Supervisory Authority approved the prospectus drawn up for the admission to trading on the main market administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange of the shares issued by Bucur. (...) Following the approval obtained from the ASF, the company will complete all necessary procedures in relation to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and will inform the market, through a current report, regarding the first day of trading on the Regulated Market", reads a report of the company on shares, submitted to the BVB.
According to the ASF decision, the admission to trading on the BVB regulated market of the shares issued by the Bucharest company, following the completion of the procedures carried out by the Stock Exchange, has the effect of withdrawing them from trading on the Multilateral Trading System (SMT) administered by the BVB.
The procedure for admission to trading is mediated by the financial investment services company Goldring.
At the date of drafting the prospectus, the issuer's share capital is divided into 83,275,594 shares. The shares are ordinary, registered, indivisible, dematerialized, of equal value, with a nominal value of 0.10 lei each and provide equal rights to the holders.
Bucur is a company with over seven decades of experience in the trade and logistics sector. The joint-stock company was established in 1991. Taking over the assets of ICRA Bucharest, the company maintained until 2025 the main activity of ICRA, having as its main object of activity "Non-specialized wholesale trade of food, beverages and tobacco", and as secondary objects of activity "rental of own real estate" and "purchase and sale of own real estate".
Currently, it focuses on providing integrated real estate solutions: rental of office, commercial and storage spaces, complemented by professional real estate transaction brokerage services.
As to the rental activity, Bucur SA capitalizes on a total area of approximately 15,564 sqm, providing clients with all the utilities necessary to carry out their activities (electricity, heating, natural gas, water and sewage).
